Up to £150 - Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2 – 3 working days) - £3.95

Orders over £150 – Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1 – 2 working days) - Free

Royal Mail Special Delivery (Next Day Delivery) - £6.95

Express Delivery via DHL (1-2 Business Days) - £9.95

(*orders must be placed before 2pm for next day delivery)

 

EU

  • Up to £200 – Royal Mail DDP - £9.95 (4-7 business days - some area exclusions apply)

  • Orders over £200 – FedEx International Connect Plus - Free (3-5 business days)

 

ROW 

  • Up to £250 – FedEx Priority - £19.95
  • Orders over £250 – FedEx Priority - Free

 

All other delivery charges are calculated by both weight and location. Shipping will be calculated in the cart.

Delivery dates are approximations and as such time shall not be of the essence for delivery. Therefore whilst we shall endeavour to meet delivery dates where possible no liability can be attributed to Admiral Sports if delivery dates are not adhered to.

We’ll let you know when we’ve sent your goods to you and give you the tracking details over email.

When your order is dispatched we'll send you an update with a tracking number via email. Tracking information will be available on the carrier website when in transit.

Delivery dates are approximations from our carriers. If you do not receive your parcel within the specified delivery time please contact our Customer Service team by phone or email.

Please allow sufficient time to investigate before requesting we refund goods. For delivery outside of the UK and Europe this may require additional time for us to investigate.

Yes. When you place your order, simply fill in the ‘Delivery Address’ fields and your order will be quickly and securely dispatched to the address you specify.

Very occasionally we make mistakes. If you haven’t got what you ordered, then please contact us at customerservice@admiralsports.com and we’ll look into it straight away and help resolve the problem.

Returns

Products must be returned within 14 days. Please bear in mind that it is only possible for us to accept items that are returned in their original state.

The products may not show signs of wear. The same conditions apply to reduced price items.

Specific stipulations apply for personalised products, because these products are exclusively created for you. We, therefore, do not accept returns, except if there is a product fault.

Yes. Products can be sent back for an exchange within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure all items to be returned are in a re-saleable condition, in original undamaged packaging with all labels attached, and have not been worn or otherwise used. There will be a standard shipping charge for re-deliveries of exchanges.

Refunds are completed within 14 days after receiving and conducting a quality check of your returned goods.

The amount will be credited via your original payment method.
