We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team, bringing a proven track record and extensive knowledge of the industry.
This is a great opportunity to be instrumental in the growth of the
Admiral brand, offering a diverse role with key responsibilities, including:
- Targeting and securing partnerships with
professional and semi-pro football and cricket clubs, in conjunction with our
UK licensee. - Identifying and developing direct sales opportunities
for collaborations across music, entertainment and culture. - Driving direct sales of retro product through our
extensive archive of football shirts to clubs.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute the sales plan for your area of responsibility.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs to drive growth.
- Demonstrate success in acquiring new business and closing deals; this is integral to the role.
- Conduct research to identify and cultivate new business.
- Effectively manage a diverse customer base.
- Create and deliver presentations to win new business.
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge, particularly in the areas football apparel.
SKILLS
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of the sports market and the Admiral brand.
- Possess excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of MS Office, in particular Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication skills, adept at building relationships within and outside of the business.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Being self-motivated and result-orientated.
