How to Design Your Custom Kit with the Admiral Kit Builder
The Admiral Kit Builder is our bespoke online design platform, giving clubs and teams the freedom to create distinctive, personalised sportswear that reflects their identity.
Whether you're a grassroots side, a semi-professional club or need a new kit for an event, your kit is more than just what you wear on matchday. It's a representation of your team, your values and your ambitions. With the Admiral Kit Builder, you can create a fully customised design that looks professional and feels unique to your club.
Follow the steps below to bring your kit to life.
Step 1: Choose Your Starting Design
To begin, select 'Start Your Design' and choose from one of eight product categories, including football shirts, shorts and socks.
Once you've selected a category, you'll be presented with a range of Admiral designs. Browse the collection and choose the style that best suits your team.
Step 2: Customise the Colours and Design
With your chosen garment selected, it's time to make it your own.
Using the customisation panel on the right-hand side, you can adjust colours across each section of the garment to create a design that matches your club's identity. Our extensive range of pre-set colours has been carefully selected to provide maximum contrast and visual impact.
Top Tip: Use the 360° view feature to see how your design looks from every angle as you build it.
Step 3: Add Your Club Crest and Sponsors
Once you're happy with the colour scheme, you can begin adding your club crest and sponsor logos.
Simply click 'Upload Image' within the relevant section and position each logo where you'd like it to appear. You can easily resize and reposition artwork until you're happy with the final layout.
Top Tip: text-based sponsors can be particularly effective on the sleeves and lower back of the garment, while sponsor logos work well on the upper back.
Step 4: Personalise with Names and Numbers
The next step is to add player customisation.
Choose from a selection of fonts and colours for names and numbers, ensuring they complement the overall look of your kit while remaining clear and easy to read on the pitch.
Step 5: Build Your Order
Once your design is complete, you're ready to place your order. The minimum order quantity is 30 units per style.
There are two ways to submit your squad details:
Bulk Order – Select the quantities and sizes you require for each item.
Player Details – Enter player information individually or download our template to complete offline. Once filled in, simply upload the file and your order will be populated automatically.
Top Tip: Use the preview feature within the Player Details section to see how your finished kit will look with player names and numbers applied.
Step 6: Save to Your Designs
Not quite ready to order? No problem.
Save your design by giving it a name and selecting 'Save'. Your design will be securely stored within your account, allowing you to revisit, edit, share or reorder it whenever you need.
Step 7: Order Your Kit
Once you're happy with everything, proceed to checkout and complete your order. Your custom Admiral kit is now ready to become a reality.
We'll be in touch to confirm all logos and design elements and then we'll start to make the shirt at our dedicated factory.
Your new kit will be with you in no time, ready to look the part on and off the pitch.
